“If people don’t love themselves enough to cut down on their smoking,
they may love someone else enough to do it.”

Are you affected by smoking?

Unable to stop?

Are you suffer from a lack of self-esteem, confidence, or motivation?

I have a solution for you.

Yes you!!!

If you want to try hypnosis for smoking cessation, you may want to know what to expect and how everything works exactly. Many people today are unaware or unconvinced of the benefits of hypnosis. However, it remains an effective tool which helps many people stop smoking forever.

It is very difficult to stop smoking because it is a real addiction. Withdrawal symptoms can be unbearable for many people, leading to relapse within days or weeks.

The process of hypnosis can help you overcome these days by reducing the power of addiction in your mind. This seems quite surprising to imagine a great changes in one’s mind, but that’s exactly what happens with hypnosis.

Hypnosis give you your power back!!!

Never underestimate the power of your mind and thought processes. You can effectively manage all aspects of your body and your behavior just by taking better control of how you think. It is a proven science that can be difficult to understand, but the results also proved difficult to tackle.

Hypnosis works because it allows you to bypass your conscious mind and go further into the workings of your subconscious mind. This allows better control of your attitude and thinking after hypnosis, even if you are aware.

This can help you through the first few days of smoking cessation when the worst symptom of withdrawal are in force. If you can do it through until nicotine is totally out of your system. You will have great chances of quitting for good.

Stop struggling and start living today.

You deserve to feel vital in your body.

So contact me today and stop struggling with cigarettes..

“Being happy doesn't mean that everything is perfect. It means that you've decided to look beyond the imperfections.”

6 Easy Ways to Shift Your Mood: Techniques to Help You Feel Better Today

Sad, anxious, or in emotional pain. Its healthy to feel our feelings and not run away from them, yet wallowing in them is unhealthy. Its important to feel our feelings and express them, it's also healthy—and important—to not overwhelm ourselves, to not get so stuck in painful emotions that overwhelm us, and learn to give ourselves a break.

Sometimes, when we're feeling awful, we need to be able to shift our mood. With practice this is something we can all do. It's not something most of us are ever taught. Its similar to daily going to the gym to build our bodies instead we are going to choose to build our emtoions and our mind.

“Being happy doesn’t mean that everything is perfect. It means that you’ve decided to look beyond the imperfections.”

6 Easy Ways to Shift Your Mood: Techniques to Help You Feel Better Today

Sad, anxious, or in emotional pain. Its healthy to feel our feelings and not run away from them, yet wallowing in them is unhealthy. Its important to feel our feelings and express them, it’s also healthy—and important—to not overwhelm ourselves, to not get so stuck in painful emotions that overwhelm us, and learn to give ourselves a break.

Sometimes, when we’re feeling awful, we need to be able to shift our mood. With practice this is something we can all do. It’s not something most of us are ever taught. Its similar to daily going to the gym to build our bodies instead we are going to choose to build our emtoions and our mind.

Action steps:

The following are some techniques we can utilize to shift our emotional state to a lighter or happier one:

1)Do something physical that requires concentration. Try balancing yourself on one leg, with your arms held high above your head. If this is easy to do, try a position that is harder for you to balance in, such as holding one leg straight out in front of you, or another pose altogether. Doing something physical that requires your concentration can help to shift your thoughts and mood.

2)Go for a walk, and temporarily change your environment. If you’re inside, go outside. If you’re outside, go inside or somewhere else outside. Consider going someplace you’ve never or rarely visited. Wherever you go, pay attention to your surroundings; notice the little details around you. Sometimes changing your environment can help. This is especially helpful if where you are is where you often feel badly.

3)Close your eyes and think of a person or of people who love you. Try to see their faces clearly in your mind, their eyes smiling at you with love. Try to feel that love, and remind yourself that that person/people care about you, and that you are loved. Try to do this for more than 30 seconds at a time.

4)Find a way to laugh—jokes, movies or tv, funny books, playing with your pets and watching their silly antics, being silly with a friend. Laughter is an effective way of changing your mood, and can help your body as well as your emotional state.

5)Reframe your thoughts. Our thoughts can have a powerful affect on your emotions—especially negative thoughts. Try to notice the thoughts you’ve been thinking lately. How many of them are negative? If it helps, write out what you’ve been thinking, so you can really see for yourself what’s been in your mind. Then try to change or reframe those thoughts to more positive phrases—even if you don’t believe them.
If you have thoughts like “I’ll never,” “I can’t,” “I don’t want,” “I should/shouldn’t,” try to change them into something more hopeful or positive, such as “I can,” “I want,” “It’s good that I,” etc. Negative thinking also includes self-criticism and self-hate. If you find yourself putting yourself down, gently stop yourself, then give yourself a true compliment or praise, even if you don’t believe it.

Just changing the way you think can help change how you feel.

6)Change your body posture and breathing. Your body store emotions, and your body also often show how you feel—you might slump when you feel depressed or tired; curl inward or protect your abdomen/stomach when you’re feeling vulnerable; tighten your hands, jaw, shoulders, or neck when you’re feeling angry; breathe shallowly when you’re afraid.
Try consciously changing your body posture and breathing to reflect how you want to feel. Close your eyes, remember a time when you felt happy or confident, and try to move your body into that position. Or watch how other people look when they are confident or happy, and try to mimic their body postures.

When we consciously work to change our mood we can choose to feel better. Even a small shift in our mood will bring relief, or make it easier to laugh or have fun. It feels good to know that we have choices- these techniques are powerful tools that we can use to help. They give us power to help us change how we feel when you want to.

Self love for many of us is a lifelong journey and for many of us, "learning to love ourselves" does not seem so "easy to achieve." For many of us, genuine self-love seems so elusive, so much harder to grasp than we expected. I would like to give some practical suggestions - some first steps -- on how to learn to love ourselves.

I have made the analogy that, if we keep giving to others without giving to ourselves , it is like pouring water from a vessel. If we pour and pour without ever refilling it, eventually, it will run dry. So, if we are like that vessel, how do we refill, recharge, re-energize, and replenish ourselves, so that we will have energy and love to give to others and to the world? The answer is: by loving and giving to ourselves, first. How do we begin to do this?

Vanessa Million: Changing a Million of Lives One Relationship at a Time

“Love is the great miracle cure. Loving ourselves works miracles in our lives.” Loise Hay

                                                  Simple Steps To Love Ourselves

Self love for many of us is a lifelong journey and for many of us, “learning to love ourselves” does not seem so “easy to achieve.” For many of us, genuine self-love seems so elusive, so much harder to grasp than we expected. I would like to give some practical suggestions – some first steps — on how to learn to love ourselves.

There are many ways for us to love and to care for ourselves… The possibilities are infinite. One way we can learn to love ourselves is to act as if we already do (i.e., “Fake it till you make it”). An important way to love ourselves is to nourish and care for our bodies. For example, think loving thoughts, eat healthy foods, and exercise regularly. We can “treat” ourselves to things like a massage, a facial, a pedicure, or a gym membership. Taking breaks and having fun are important, as well. Whether alone, with a friend, or with a partner, we may want to have a night out on the town: go out for a nice dinner, go dancing, or attend the theater, a concert, the ballet, or a movie. If you tend to be a workaholic — or if you are more a saver than a spender — then perhaps it is time to take a well-deserved, long-overdue vacation. Of course, treating ourselves does not need to involve great expense, one of my favorite “treats” is a relaxing bubble bath with not interruptions or eating dinner at home with my sweetie by candlelight, taking a walk holding hands, swim in the ocean (those waters are very healing), or watch a sunset. Perhaps you enjoy taking time to paint or to write. These are just a few ideas… Put your own imagination to work…

Another way we can enhance self-love and self-esteem is to be aware of our self-talk (those things that we say to ourselves inside your head). Right now start speaking to yourself in ways that are more kind, and less mean or abusive. Many of us have very harsh inner critics: When we make a mistake, this critical voice inside our head beats up on us, saying things like, “You are so Dumb! … I never do anything right! … Your a loser!” We need to replace these negative messages with other, more positive ones. For example, “I’m new at this, I can learn. It’s going to be alright. That is how I learn. I will be better next time.” With awareness, over time, we can “catch ourselves” when our self-talk is negative, and change the message to something more positive and “ego-enhancing.”

Don’t just “catch ourselves being Inappropriate.” “Catch ourselves being Appropriate.” In other words, don’t just catch the voice of your inner critic, and stop it from beating up on us. When we do something well, or when we find ourselves saying the right things to ourselves or to others, be sure to reward ourselves: acknowledge yourself verbally, give yourself a pat on the back, or treat yourself to something special.

Action Steps

Recognize that the love has to come from you.

Ask for a list of things people like about you.

Make a list of the things you like about yourself.

Make it part of your daily routine to praise something in yourself or think about something you like about yourself.

Remember that you are a truly loveable person — and that you deserve only kind treatment, especially from yourself.

Vanessa Million: Changing a Million of Lives One Relationship at a Time

What are the voices inside of you saying? As you turn the volume up on the voice of your dreamer and down on the voice of your doubter, you can practice discernment allowing for greater clarity. To assist you in hearing these voices, let’s set up a simple scenario. Picture something you want, something that matters to you. Choose a personal or professional dream and consider how these various parts of you might respond.

While aspects of you encourage, “Go for your dreams,” simultaneously other parts threaten, “Don’t you dare.” A cast of characters lives inside of you and at different times you may receive conflicting or contradictory messages. If you are want to be happy, successful, and fulfilled, consider putting your “dreamer” in the director’s chair.

Dreamer – The dreamer inside says, “What if…” and is open to a creative process without over-analyzing it. This is the part of you that imagines, believes in possibilities, has hope, and seeks kindred spirits. Dreamers talk about their ideas with intention, clarity, and passion. Great dreamers get others excited about their vision. And most importantly, successful dreamers take action to make their dreams a reality.

Doubter – This voice is often heard saying such things as, “I don’t think this is a good idea.” The doubter provides concern touting, “But what if…” and imagines the worst. If you crank the volume up it can even become annihilating with accusations shouting things like, “Are you out of your mind?” William Shakespeare said, “Our doubts are traitors.” Carlos Castaneda said, “In order to experience the magic of life, you must banish the doubt.” My favorite quote on this subject is in The Prophet where Kahlil Gibran wrote, “Doubt is a feeling too lonely to know that Faith is its twin brother.”

Realist – “Be realistic…” Modulate the doubter down a notch or two and it becomes the essential voice of the realist. This part wants to know, “What’s the plan?” including where is the time and money coming from. However, in the early phase of dreaming, you may not know. The challenge is not to allow the realist to immediately turn into a doubter who might judge or obliterate your idea. Honor this voice by (to the best of your ability) giving it the information it needs. If you ignore or reject it, it will cleverly agitate or distract you. Being realistic offers prudence and makes you do your homework but if you are overly realistic or go to strategy too soon, you will most likely compromise the dream and kill your passion.

Visionary – This voice says, “Anything is possible so let’s dream big!” These are the leaders and people we look up to and admire. They have learned the process of realizing their dreams and embody what it means to be a big dreamer. Setbacks or failures do not stop them. Simply put, a visionary has a vision and invites others to join them. They are found in all walks of life and we are often so inspired when they are in the presence of a true visionary that we sign up just to be near them or part of what they’re doing.

A visionary is not defined by the size of the dream since dreams are precious and come in all sizes, shapes and areas of life. If you were living your dream life, how would it be different? What do you see yourself doing? How many lives would you touch? What would you change? Who would you help if you were truly living as a visionary?

Avoid Sabotaging Your Dream

When these different voices merge they can become muddled and result in confusion and poor decisions. For example, you might poison your dream by projecting doubt into it. Then with each step you take toward what you want, you also move toward your doubt. Doubt and fear, which most of us may have at some time or another (especially when embarking on a new or big dream) do not belong in your dream. These feelings are simply part of your reality. This is a subtle and essential point.

Action Step.

Here’s a simple technique for avoiding this sabotaging pattern. On a piece of paper draw a line across the middle. On the top half write out your dream with as much detail as possible. On the bottom write out your reality in relationship to your dream, where you are now. Reality usually includes good news and (so called) bad, as well as any fear or doubt you may have. Just state the facts and your feelings about them.

Now, which one are you more committed to; your dream or your reality? We tend to choose “reality” when we don’t have a clearly defined dream or when we saturate our dream with doubt. If your dream is loaded with your worst imagined nightmares, reality will always seem safer and saner. But doubt placed appropriately as part of your reality, allows two things to happen. First, no longer blown out of proportion, it’s an obstacle that basically requires a strategy to manage it. But more importantly, with doubt where it rightfully belongs, you are free to move forward.

It’s like a play. All the characters have wisdom and insight, but you can’t clearly understand them when they’re speaking at once. Take time to tune in, to listen, and on a regular basis, have the courage to give your dreamer its directorial debut or even the leading role.

“Being happy doesn’t mean that everything is perfect. It means that you’ve decided to look beyond the imperfections.”

Happiness is the Ultimate Currency

What a dangerous thought- living for joy and “Happiness.”

Repeat

Happiness is the Ultimate Currency.

Its priceless and of infinite value.

Taking joy from the simple pleasures in life is definitely the way forward for me. There is so much to be thankful for. Happiness is my goal. One thing I love is walking every night, holding my beloveds hand, absorbing the fresh air, and the scenery. It’s pure bliss for me.

So how about you?

Do you know what feeds your soul or and makes your happy?

Do you find it hard time to take time out from the hustle and bustle of everyday life to think about it?

I suggest that we make happiness the ultimate goal in our life. That we build every day, every relationship and everything around this goal “Happiness.”

Enough big picture stuff, let’s get to the specific.

Tip 1: Set Goals

Research shows that the pursuit of goals that are concordant with your values can produce significant increases in your sense of well-being. Interestingly, the data show that achieving goals (or failing to do so) doesn’t seem to matter so much. There is something about having a focus on something important that helps us get more out of each present moment.

Tip 2: Seek Flow

The magic state for increasing well-being is to be neither bored nor overwhelmed. This means you should seek challenges that exactly meet or slightly surpass your current abilities. For college students, in particular, this translates to finding that perfect course load that pushes you intellectually without overwhelming you with more work than you can easily manage.

Tip 3: Simplify Your Life

Simplify, Simplify, Simplify…Psychologist Time Kasser has shown time affluence consistently predicted a whether or not a client had a sense of well-being whereas material influence does not. For the uninitiated: Time affluence is “the feeling that one has sufficient time to pursue activities that are personally meaningful, smelling the roses, time to reflect, and to engage in leisure.” In other words, under-schedule what you have to do so you have plenty of time to deal with what you WANT to do at the moment. This means resisting the urge to fill up all of your free time with friends and actives that aren’t personally meaningful. Instead, purposefully under-schedule, and then use the excess hours for fun stuff that randomly pops up.

Tip #4: Focus on Happiness

Ralph Waldo Emerson said: “To different minds, the same world is a hell, and a heaven.” The practical translation: put in an effort to both seek out happiness-boosting experiences and learn to express gratitude for what you find. There will always be crap lying around in your life. This will never go away. If you focus on it, your world will become Emerson’s hell. The real trick is to learn how to keep moving amidst this crap — acknowledging that its a part of life that spares no one — and continually seek out or construct experiences that make you happy. Don’t just have these experiences, but also reflect on them later and show real gratitude. Dr. Ben-Shahar points to compelling research that mindful reflection on what you enjoyed during your day can significantly boost self-reported well-being. A simple mantra is “I choose to be happy NOW.” What we focus on grows, so focus on what’s going well in your life.

Query?

This is, of course, just a hypothetical scenario. But the big ideas are concrete:

Such as what you have to do; do daily so you don’t have do too much of it; get the most out of the free time that remains. Enjoy your life:)

It’s a simple way of life. Yes, some might say radically simple. But it’s worth thinking about. Here are the key questions to ponder:

1.What changes are you willing to make in your life to make happiness your ultimate currency?
2.Are you willing to make daily twinks to make your life happier?
3.How would this impact your loved ones?
4.Does this impact matter?

I’m curious to hear the results of your ruminations…

Clinical Hypnotherapy: Feel Attractive Now

“My hips are huge.”

“Oh my God, I can’t be seen in a swim-suit!”

“Why do I always get the fuzzy end of the lollipop?”

If we have low self esteem we may not like how we look or may feel unattractive. This is bad news for our self confidence. We need to think and behave differently to feel more attractive.

When we suffer with low self esteem many times we create a poor body image and believe that we are unattractive or ugly- completely unable to see how attractive we are because of our lack of confidence and negative self image.

What makes a person attractive and beautiful?

Attractiveness is not just about beauty, it also includes:

Personality
Confidence
A beautiful smile
A great sense of humour

Why do we feel unattractive?

There are several reasons why we may feel unattractive. As I have mentioned the number one reason is poor self esteem and lack of confidence. Criticism from others can make us feel very negative and this can increase our poor self esteem and negative self image.

Do you indulge in self criticism and negative self talk? This constant inner negativity can cause us feel inferior and unattractive.

Many of us have suffered from abuse and this causes us to have a victim mentality and to feel unattractive because of what has happened.

Many have suffered rejection in a relationship and need to deal with this or it can cause us to live in self pity.

If you are in a relationship which is abusive mentally or physically you need to do something. Either end the relationship or seek help to end the abuse (counselling). Read about how relationships affect your self esteem.

Feel attractive now

There are some things we can do today to help ourselves feel more attractive:

Start exercising – exercising will make look and feel better.

Take care of yourself. Keep yourself clean and well-groomed. Look after your skin. You will start to glow and others will notice!

Lighten up. Make jokes and laugh. Humour is attractive.

Talk to yourself positively. You can read all about self talk here

Buy something nice to wear that will make you look better. Something that will make you appear more confident.

Vanessa Million: Changing a Million of Lives One Relationship at a Time

Body Image and Shame – No Body Is Perfect

We often want to believe that shame is reserved for the unfortunate few who have survived terrible traumas, but this is not true. Shame is something we all experience. And, while it feels like shame hides in our darkest corners, it actually tends to lurk in all of the familiar places.

Interestingly, there are no absolutely universal shame triggers.

The issues and situations that I find shaming may not even come up on another woman’s radar. This is because the messages and expectations that drive shame come from a unique combination of places including our families of origin, our own beliefs, the media and our culture. One place where women find themselves surrounded by unattainable and conflicting expectations is body image.

While some of us might have quieted the tapes about “not being intelligent enough” or “not being thin enough” — it seems that almost all women continue to wage battle with looking “beautiful, cool, sexy, stylish, young and thin enough.” With more than 90% of the participants experiencing shame about their bodies, body image is the one issue that comes closest to being a “universal trigger.” In fact, body shame is so powerful and often so deeply rooted in women’s psyches that it actually affects why and how we feel shame in many of the other categories, including sexuality, motherhood, parenting, health, aging and a woman’s ability to speak out with confidence.

Our body image is how we think and feel about our bodies. It is the mental picture we have of our physical bodies.

Unfortunately, our pictures, thoughts and feelings may have little to do with our actual appearance. It is our image of what our bodies are, often held up to our image of what they should be.

While we normally talk about body image as a general reflection of what we look like, we can’t ignore the specifics — the body parts that come together to create this image. If we work from the understanding that women most often experience shame when we become trapped in a web of layered, conflicting and competing expectations of who, what and how we should be, we can’t ignore that there are social-community expectations for every single, tiny part of us — literally from our heads to our toes. I’m going to list our body parts because I think they are important:

head, hair, neck, face, ears, skin, nose, eyes, lips, chin, teeth, shoulders, back, breasts, waist, hips, stomach, abdomen, buttocks, vulva, anus, arms, wrists, hands, fingers, fingernails, thighs, knees, calves, ankles, feet, toes, body hair, body fluids, pimples, scars, freckles, stretch marks and moles.

I bet if you look at each of these areas, you have specific body part images for each one — not to mention a mental list of what you’d like it to look like and what you’d hate to have a specific part look like.

When our very own bodies fill us with shame and feelings of worthlessness, we jeopardize the connection we have with ourselves (our authenticity) and the connection we have with the important people in our lives. Consider the woman who stays quiet in public out of the fear that her stained and crooked teeth will make people question the value of her contributions.

Research demonstrated that body shame either kept women from enjoying sex or pushed them into having it when they didn’t really want to but were desperate for some type of physical validation of worthiness.

There were also many women who talked about the shame of having their bodies betray them. These were women who spoke about physical illness, mental illness and infertility. We often conceptualize “body image” too narrowly — it’s about more than wanting to be thin and attractive. When we begin to blame and hate our bodies for failing to live up to our expectations, we start splitting ourselves in parts and move away from our wholeness.

We can’t talk about shame and body image without talking about the pregnant body. Has any body image been more exploited in the past few years? Don’t get me wrong. I’m all for exploring the wonders of the pregnant body and removing the stigma and shame of the pregnant belly. But let’s not replace that with one more airbrushed, computer-generated, shame-inducing image for women to not be able to live up to. Movie stars who gain fifteen pounds and have their stretch marks airbrushed for their “Look! I’m human too!” portraits do not represent the realities that most of us face while pregnant.

Parenting is also a shame category affected by body image, because imperfect mothers get “blamed for everything.”

Shame creates shame.

Mothers have a tremendous amount of influence on their children’s body image development, and girls are still being shamed by their parents — primarily their mothers — about their weight.

When it comes to parenting and body image, I find that parents fall along a continuum. On one side of the continuum, there are parents who are keenly aware that they are the most influential role models in their children’s lives. They work diligently to model positive body image behaviors (self-acceptance, acceptance of others, no emphasis placed on the unattainable or ideal, focusing on health rather than weight, deconstructing media messages, etc.).

On the other side of the continuum are parents who love their children just as much as their counterparts, but are so determined to spare their daughters the pain of being overweight or unattractive (and their sons the pain of being weak) that they will do anything to steer their children toward achievement of the ideal — including belittling and shaming them. Many of these parents struggle with their own body images and process their shame by shaming.

Last, there are the folks in the middle, who really do nothing to counter the negative body-image issues but also don’t shame their children. Unfortunately, due to societal pressures and the media, most of these kids do not appear to develop strong shame resilience skills around body image. There just doesn’t appear to be any room for neutrality on this issue — you are either actively working to help your children develop a positive self-concept or, by default, you are sacrificing them to the

media- and society-driven expectations.

Power, Courage and Resilience

As you can see, what we think, hate, loathe and question about our bodies reaches much further and affects far more than our appearance alone. The long reach of body shame can impact how we live and love. If we are willing to examine the messages and practice empathy around body image and appearance, we can start to develop shame resilience. We can never become completely resistant to shame; however, we can develop the resilience we need to recognize shame, move through it constructively and grow from our experiences.

Women with high levels of shame resilience shared four things in common; these factors as the four elements of shame resilience. If we are going to confront the shame we feel about our bodies, it is imperative that we start by exploring our vulnerabilities. What is important to us? We must look at each body part and explore our expectations and the sources of these expectations. While it often painful to acknowledge our secret goals and expectations, it is the first step to building shame resilience. We have to know and explicitly identify what’s important and why. I believe there is even power in writing it down.

Next, we need to develop critical awareness about these expectations and their importance to us. One way to develop critical awareness is to run our expectations through a reality-check.

Where do the expectations about my body come from?

How realistic are my expectations?

Can I be all these things all of the time?

Can all of these characteristics exist in one person?

Do the expectations conflict with each other?

Am I describing who I want to be or who others want me to be?

What are my fears?

We must also find the courage to share our stories and experiences. We must reach out to others and speak our shame. If we feed shame the secrecy and silence it craves — if we keep the struggles with our bodies buried inside — the shame will fester and grow. We must learn to reach out to one another with empathy and understanding. If, in a diverse sample of women ages

18 – 80, over 90% of the women struggled with body image, it is clear not one of us is alone. There is a tremendous amount of freedom that comes with identifying and naming common experiences and fears — this is the foundation of shame resilience.

You deserve to FEEL GOOD about YOUR self and body!

If you are suffering and struggling call a qualified clinical hypnotherapist today. They will help you create a healthy body image.

I hope you enjoyed this article, be sure to check my blog for other articles. I look foreword to helping you create the life YOU want.

Vanessa Million: Changing a Million of Lives One Relationship at a Time

You’ve got to say, I think that if I keep working at this and want it badly enough I can have it. It’s called perseverance. Lee Iacocca

Clinical Hypnotherapy For Weight Loss: Are You Skeptical?

Does terror fill your heart at the thought of wearing your swim suit this summer?

Are you ashamed to take off your cloths?

Have you tried every diet in the world yet the weight comes back?

For all people serious about losing fat, than Clinical Hypnotherapy is a powerful tool to add to your arsenal.

by eating right and exercising regularly. Than Clinical Hypnotherapy is a powerful tool to ad to your arsenal For Weight Loss is a must.

If you aren’t following your diet and exercise plan (be honest with yourself) then clinical hypnotherapy will make a huge difference. You will feel more in control of your bad habits after one session and you will notice changes within the first week, and as you continue your sessions, your benefits compound over time.

And again, this has sound science behind it.

According to a meta-analysis published in the Journal of Consulting and Clinical Psychology, subjects using clinical hypnotherapy lost over 146% more weight POST TREATMENT, than the groups not using clinical hypnotherapy.
.

This means the results are long term, which is what is important for YOU- because it means no more yo yo dieting.

Still Want More Proof that Clinical Hypnotherapy Works?

Clinical Hypnotherapy is one of the most misunderstood (and effective!) tools for self-change available in the world today.

When you say “hypnosis,” most people think of magic shows, silly stage acts, and possibly even witchcraft.

Frankly, nothing could be further from the truth.

Clinical Hypnotherapy is simply this: a relaxed state of focused attention that allows people to control and change mental and physiological patterns that can’t be changed in everyday awareness.

The use of Clinical Hypnotherapy to treat disease (also called “hypnotherapy”) has been around for more than half a century. In fact, the British Medical Association approved the use of hypnotherapy in 1955. The American Medical Association approved its use in 1958.

As you might imagine, if major medical associations have approved the use of clinical hypnotherapy to treat disease, imagine how powerful it is when treating thought patterns that stand in the way of the slim body you deserve!

So call a qualified clinical hypnotherapist today and stop struggling.

Victim Mindset – You No Longer Have to Suffer!

If you suffer from low self worth or low self esteem you may have a victim mindset? Do you see your self as helpless and powerless, if so you have this mentality and view yourself as a poor victim and needlessly suffer. Some people are right to think this because they have suffered at the hands of others or life has dealt them a blow but even if you have a reason you don’t have to feel like a victim and pity yourself you can rise above events and refuse to allows others bad behaviors rule your life.

Are you continually asking yourself “why does this always happen to me?”. Many people go through life asking questions like this, they become stuck in their victim hood and wonder why all these bad things do keep happening.

What causes us to have a Victim Mindset?

There are several causes:

Bad things that happen to us and we didn’t have the skills we needed to overcome the situation.
We tell ourselves we are a helpless victim, ( our negative self talk)
Listening to others negative opinions.
Believing in fate and not taking personal responsibility.
Our religious beliefs.

Lets take a quick look at these causes. Firstly, bad things happen to everyone, that’s just how life is. Sometimes we act as though each setback is a major drama and create stress and pain for ourselves. Why? Many reasons, we feel important when we convince ourselves that you have huge problems. We get lot’s of attention from others when we are helpless. It satisfies our ego.

What we tell ourselves is obviously going to affect our mood, behaviour and happiness so negative self talk is likely to cause or prolong a victim mindset. If we focus only on the negative aspects of life we cannot see reality and therefore our decisions will be based on wrong assumptions. More bad decisions lead to more more pain and failure which will encourage us to believe that we are a victim.

Negative comments from friends, family members, and social contacts can cause us to become very negative and it’s very easy to misinterpret what others tell us. A negative comment or offensive behaviour towards us tell us a lot about the other person. Maybe they have a big problem and that’s why they are treating us so badly. If we have a negative mentality feel “unworthy or have low self-esteem” we will just take what they say or do at face value and believe what they say and this makes us feel victimized.

If we believe in fate or think were not responsible for our life. The victim feels that he or she has been treated unfairly but is trapped. There seems to be no way out. In extreme cases the victim may even start to believe that he or she is being punished and deserves to be a victim.

Religious beliefs, can like everything else, have a positive or negative affect on our lives. If we believe in a God who is responsible for everything and who punishes us if we do something wrong it’s easy for us to believe there is a reason for our pain and misery.

What are the effects of a victim mentality?

When you see yourself as a victim you feel life hasn’t treated you fairly. You may be angry as a result blaming everybody for your misfortune. You may feel you are being punished or even deserve to be a victim. Your self esteem will be very low. You will suffer from negative thinking and might feel trapped.

What can you do about it?

Stop being angry or feeling helpless and understand that you are responsible for your own life. Decide to do something about it and get help if you need it.
Question your negative thoughts, don’t believe them automatically.
Do whatever you can to be positive.
Stop being a victim and stand up for yourself .
Find a qualified clinical hypnotherapist, for example work with clients world wide.
You don’t have to be a victim, truly the only one who makes you feel like one is the same person who can free you -YOU!

Vanessa Million: Changing a Million of Lives One Relationship at a Time

“You must love yourself before you love another. By accepting yourself and fully being what you are, your simple presence can make others happy.”

Hey Friends,

Are you feeling empty?

Insecure?

Do you feel unsure of yourself?

Than I would like to talk to you about putting your needs and self first and show you why you should not feel guilty about putting yourself first..

Query?

Is putting yourself first selfish?

Friends and family will tell you that putting yourself first is selfish. They may even convince you that this is true. I am not saying to completely ignore others and think only of yourself because that is selfish…

What I’m suggesting is that you need to give your own needs, desires, and goals priority. Otherwise you will not be able to move forward as a dynamic and creative person. Think of it like this – to contribute to the world and be helpful to others you first need to be the best YOU, YOU can be. If you are feeling unfulfilled and gloomy, your lover, friends, and family will suffer; running around trying to make others happy leaves you feeling emotionally and physically drained and YOU suffer..

We must learn that what others say and need is secondary to are own needs. It’s not your responsibility to take care of everyone else.

When we choose to live a full creative life with joy and satisfaction we grow personally and develop emotionally. The more we till are own garden, the more fruitful we will be and we will have the energy and strength to help others do the same. It’s not selfish to be better than we were. It’s not selfish to create a happy and joyous life for yourself. It leaves us able to contribution to the world and those whom we love.

Important, daily take time to deal with your responsibilities but also daily make time for yourself and DO NOT let others needs and moods take over your life.

Remember, don’t complain and don’t explain…If we ask our family and friends for permission to change the dynamics of our relationships, they might complain and call you selfish. Yet we must focus on our goal, feeling confident and happy in our lives.

Benefits of putting yourself first?

1. We are better able to help others – because we are healthy and happy.
2. Others will respect you and take you more seriously.
3. You will feel less stressed because you are using your energy to build your life.
4. Your self esteem will improve because you are creating the life you want and deserve.
5. We will smile more frequently.

How to put yourself first?

It is very common and easy for us to let others tell us what to do, especially if we are suffering from low self esteem and lack self worth. If we’re not watchful we can become overwhelmed by the demands of others. We much choose to create balance between what is necessary between work commitments, family responsibilities and YOU time.

So, how can we create that balance and put ourselves first? Here are a few suggestions:

1. Learn how to be more assertive, you have a right to your own thoughts, feelings, and opinions.
2. Don’t feel guilty about saying no sometimes
3. Explain to others what you want and that you have a right to some time to yourself
4. Don’t get trapped in relationships which are abusive or damaging to yourself – you don’t deserve that
5. Improve your self confidence – Clinical Hypnotherapy will help build your self-confidence in a meaningful and quick manner.
6. Listen to what your body is telling you. Don’t allow others to pressure you into doing things when you don’t feel up to it.
7. Use the incredible power of clinical hypnotherapy to maintain self-confidence.
